चोवीस दिव्य आज्ञाएँ — Bhagwan Ramdevji Maharaj’s 24 Divine Commands
In V.S 1515 Bhadrapad Sudi Thursday 11th, Bhagwan Ramdevji Maharaj took Samadhi. This is when he delivered his last message and the 24 Farmaan (24 divine commands), to his devotees.
६. सेवा ही सनातन धर्म का मूल है। मोह-माया त्यागो और सच्चे धर्म के मार्ग पर चलो।
Service to humanity is service to God — renounce worldly attachment and live by Sanatan Dharma.
७. जो विनम्र, दयालु, सत्यनिष्ठ और सदाचारी हैं — वही मेरे सच्चे सेवक हैं।
My true followers are polite, kind, honest, and morally upright.
८. मात-पिता और गुरु की सेवा करो, अतिथि का सत्कार करो। अपने धर्म का पालन करो, फिर आचरण सुधारो।
Serve your parents and Guru, honor guests, and live by your dharma before judging others.
९. प्रातःकाल शीघ्र उठो, पवित्र बनो और पूर्ण एकाग्रता से प्रभु का नाम जपो। फिर दिन के कार्य करो।
Wake up early, purify yourself, chant God’s name with devotion, and then begin your daily tasks.
१०. एक आसन पर बैठकर अजपाजाप करो — इंद्रियों पर नियंत्रण रखो, तभी आत्मराम की पहचान होगी।
Sit calmly and chant without expectation. Control your senses to recognize the divine within.
११. दिल की भ्रांति, मोह, मान, अभिमान त्यागो। मृत्यु को ही सत्य मानो — यही सच्चा ज्ञान है।
Remove delusion, lust, pride, and ego. Accept death as the only truth — this is true wisdom.
१२. संपत्ति के अनुसार जीवन जियो, प्रसिद्धि की भूख मत रखो। अहंकार छोड़ो — तभी दुःख मिटेगा।
Live within your means, avoid greed for fame or position — humility ends sorrow.
१३. विचारों में पवित्रता रखो, आचरण में शुद्धता रखो। आत्मनिर्भर रहो और भगवान पर विश्वास रखो।
Keep your thoughts pure, your actions clean, live independently, and trust the Almighty.
१४. गरीब और दुखियों के प्रति सहानुभूति रखो — मैं ऐसे भक्तों को कभी नहीं भूलता।
Be compassionate to the poor and suffering — I always remember such devotees.
१५. जो निष्काम, समदर्शी और वचन में विश्वास रखने वाले हैं — वही मेरे सच्चे भक्त हैं।
Those who are selfless, impartial, and have faith in my words are my true devotees.
१६. जो मानवता की सेवा में जीवन बिताते हैं और भेदभाव नहीं रखते — वे मेरे पूजनीय भक्त हैं।
Those who dedicate their lives to humanity and see no caste or creed are worthy of my worship.
१७. जो मुझ पर पूर्ण विश्वास रखते हैं — वे मुझे दृश्य और अदृश्य रूप में पहचानते हैं।
True devotees recognize me in visible and invisible forms through complete faith.
१८. निष्काम कर्म और भक्ति से जो जीवन जीते हैं — वे मेरे आशीर्वाद के अधिकारी हैं।
Those who act selflessly with devotion are blessed and entitled to my grace.
१९. सभा में सभी की सुनो, पर आचरण में मेरी आज्ञा का पालन करो — यही मुक्ति का मार्ग है।
Listen to all, but follow my teachings — that path leads to salvation (Nirvana).
२०. नौ प्रकार की भक्ति को प्रणाम करो — जो इन्हें अपनाते हैं, वे मोक्ष प्राप्त करते हैं।
Honor all nine forms of devotion; those who live by them attain liberation (Moksha).
२१. जो व्यक्ति दान गुप्त रखता है, बदले में कुछ नहीं चाहता, और सदा आनंद में रहता है — वही मेरे प्रिय हैं।
Anonymous, selfless donors who give with joy are ever dear to me.
२२. मैं सबका अंतःयामी हूँ, अपने भक्तों का रक्षक हूँ। धर्म की रक्षा के लिए अनेक रूपों में अवतार लेता हूँ।
I dwell in every heart and protect my devotees, incarnating in many forms to uphold Dharma.
२३. रामदास कहे — हे संतजन, सुनो! भगवान रामदेवजी ने चोवीस आज्ञाएँ दीं — समर्पण ही मुक्ति है।
Ramdas said: “O Saints, listen! Baba Ramdevji gave twenty-four divine commands — through surrender comes liberation.”
२४. जब भगवान रामदेवजी महाराज समाधि लेने जा रहे थे, उन्होंने हरे झंडे और ‘भँवर भाला’ के साथ चोवीस आज्ञाएँ दीं।
When Baba Ramdevji took Samadhi, holding a green flag and the sacred spear ‘Bhamar Bhalo,’ he blessed all beings with these 24 commands — the eternal path to Moksha.
Essence of the Teachings
These Twenty-Four Divine Commands of Baba Ramdevji Tanwar (Ramapir) form the foundation of his universal message — live righteously, serve selflessly, and worship sincerely. They embody the spirit of Sanatan Dharma, blended with the compassion and universality of a Pir for all faiths.
Even today, devotees across Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Sindh recite these Agyāo as sacred guidance for a balanced spiritual life of Seva (Service), Sadhana (Practice), and Samarpan (Surrender).
१. पाप से सदा दूर रहो, धर्म में ध्यान लगाओ। जीव मात्र पर दया रखो और भूखे को अन्न दान दो।
Always keep away from sin and pay particular attention to the way of your life. Be kind to all living beings and feed the hungry.
२. गुरु चरणों में अपने पाप स्वीकारो और परमार्थ के कार्यों में तत्पर रहो। जीवन छोटा है — सद्-असद् का विचार करो।
Confess your sins before your Satguru and always be ready to help others. Remember life is short — know what is right and wrong.
३. विवाद, निंदा या ईर्ष्या में मत पड़ो। सत्संग और ध्यान में भाग लो, आत्मा की खोज करो।
Do not indulge in gossip, jealousy, or argument. Attend prayers and meditation to seek your soul.
४. सद्गुरु की सेवा प्रथम कर्तव्य है। परमात्मा पर पूर्ण विश्वास रखो — वही भक्ति का सार है।
Service to your Satguru brings knowledge and salvation. Faith in the Almighty leads to true devotion.
५. तन से उजला और भगवा वस्त्र धारण करने वाला यदि मन से मलिन है, तो वह ‘नगुरो’ कहलाता है।
Outward cleanliness or saffron robes mean nothing if the mind is impure — such a one is without true Guru guidance.
